Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026. This page says what Sister Sites Bingo records when you visit, why it does so, and what you can do about it.
1. Data controller
Sister Sites Bingo, at sistersitesbingo.co.uk, is responsible for the personal data described on this page.
The company behind the site and a contact address are not decided yet; this section will give both once they are set.
2. Our principles
We collect as little as we can and keep it for as short a time as we can.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
3. What data we collect and on what basis
You do not need to give us anything to read the site.
Our web server records one line for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and size, the page that sent you and your browser's user agent.
We keep these logs to run the site and protect it from misuse, which is our legitimate interest as its operator. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
The site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. Our cookie policy gives the detail.
4. Third parties and external links
The pages load nothing from outside servers: fonts and logos are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact another company when you read a page.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, runs the server the site sits on. We share the logs with no one else.
We would hand over data only where the law requires it, for example in answer to a valid order from a court or the police.
Links to casino sites take you to pages run by those companies. Each has its own privacy policy, and what you give a casino is covered by its policy, not this one.
5. Transfers outside the UK
The server is in Germany, so the server logs are held outside the UK.
6. Retention and data security
Server logs are rotated daily, kept for about 14 days and then deleted.
The logs stay on the server they are written on.
Because the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, this log line is the only personal data we record, so deleting it quickly is the main protection we can state. We give no further security measures on this page, as none is recorded for the site.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it.
You can also ask us to limit how we use it, object to us using it, or receive it in a form you can pass to someone else.
In practice, the only data we hold is a server log line, which we can find only if you give us your IP address and the date and time of your visit. Once about 14 days have passed it is gone, and there is nothing left to give you.
To use a right, you will need our contact address. We have none to give you yet, so we cannot take requests today; it will appear on this page once it is set.
8. Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO, the UK's privacy regulator.
The ICO says: "In most cases, we recommend that you raise your concern with the organisation first and give them a chance to put things right." It adds: "If you’re unhappy with the organisation’s response, you can then complain to the ICO."
The ICO's number is 0303 123 1113, and its website has a page to make a complaint about how an organisation has used your personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
How you may use the site is set out in our terms of use.
